Totem Whale

The largest mammal on the Earth, whales are a symbol of creativity. The Inuit relied on the whale to survive and believed that the whale was the greatest creation of the Great Spirit. Although whales live in the ocean, they still breath air and so must come to the surface. When they jump, or breach, they are magnificent sights to behold. The song of the whale is legendary and also a symbol of creativity, as it changes with each breeding season. If you have a whale for a totem, try injecting your life and creative time with some song. Dive deep into the waters of creativity and then leap forth into the world.

The Whale Totem Poppet comes with one body, one fluke spout, two fins and one tail. Approximately 5 ½” x 4”, this Totem Poppet uses 1/16” eyelets for assembly. Although the holes in each piece are designed to take 1/16″ eyelets, you can also use a variety of other attachment options. Please see our blog for more assembly ideas and projects.
